Valves are responsible for maintaining essential tyre pressure and also serve as an input and outlet for air, nitrogen, solid fill or other substance that may be used.
The valve is a important part of the tyre assembly and we recommend that you replace it every time you change your tyres. As a matter of process we will always replace your valve any time we replace a tyre.
Valves are subject to deterioration over time and given some of the environments they are put through its important to maintain and check them regularly.
Many valves these days have sensors that can sense lack of pressure, deflation and report it back to the driver who can take appropriate action.
