WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We need someone who can walk the walk. Someone who knows the difference between selling and actually helping customers solve problems. Someone who gets excited about building relationships, not just hitting numbers.
YOU'RE OUR PERSON IF:
•You've got sales in your blood and results on your resume

EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS:
•Proven track record in sales (we want to see numbers, not just hear stories)
•Experience in automotive, transport, or industrial sales is gold
•Understanding of fleet management or commercial operations is a massive plus
•Knowledge of tyres and their applications (or the brains to learn fast)
•Ability to speak the language of cost-per-kilometre, not just price-per-tyre

BUILDING THE EMPIRE:
•Managing relationships with everyone from owner-operators to national fleet managers
•Developing new business opportunities that others miss
•Building your commission base through genuine value creation
•Growing our commercial and fleet customer base
BEING THE EXPERT:
•Consulting on tyre solutions that actually solve problems
•Providing cost-per-kilometre analysis that saves customers real money
•Recommending the right products for specific applications
•Educating customers on new technologies and industry developments
DRIVING RESULTS:
•Meeting and exceeding sales targets (with proper support and realistic goals)
•Developing strategic partnerships with local and national businesses
•Contributing to business growth through innovative approaches

WHEN AND WHERE:
•Monday to Friday (with occasional Saturday work for special customers)
•Flexible hours based on customer needs and business requirements
•Darra location with territory coverage across Brisbane and beyond
•Immediate start for the right candidate
WHAT YOU NEED:
•Current driver's licence (you'll be on the road)
•Proven sales experience with verifiable results
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Professional presentation and communication skills
•Right to work in Australia
